We specialize in food prepping for neurodiverse individuals and their families, where mealtime can often come with unique challenges. Sensory sensitivities, texture preferences, and the need for routine can make planning and preparing meals overwhelming—especially when trying to ensure balanced nutrition.
Our personalized meal plans are built around each individual’s specific needs, offering familiar, comfortable foods while gently supporting variety and nourishment. We focus on creating meals that feel safe and predictable, helping reduce stress and resistance at the table.

*Individual Meal Preparation:
Weekly meal prep is $250 for 5 dinners, tailored to each client, with groceries billed seperately.
*1on1 Cooking Lessons:
In home sessions and also option for meals created to increase independence for warming or healthy food choices with requested meal ingredient preparation for independent cooking support.
